Dunkin'

I’ve been coming here for years because I live a block away. Morning crew is horrible! Everyone seem so upset all the time, I get the short staff and it’s always so busy, but don’t treat a long time customer like that. Placed a mobile order, waited, someone obviously took my coffee, proceed to explain to the staff and I was ask for a receipt. Showed them my mobile receipt and was asked for the paper one. Obviously someone took my coffee and the pink mobile receipt. Staff are in such a rush, again probably due to the place being busy/short staff. At least try to understand what I was trying to explain before assuming I want a free coffee.

Employees very polite. It was a little messy but nothing crazy, especially since it was busy at that moment. Ordered two iced coffees for my coworker and I, both came out perfect. And don't get me wrong, there's a big difference between "messy" and "dirty". They seed very CLEAN despite being a little unorganized in the midst of a rush, which is definitely more important in my opinion! Thanks y'all, I just started working in the area and this is where I'll be coming regularly on my breaks. :)

I like this place and I love to get my coffee here all the time. Recently, the place became more of homeless shelter than a Dunkin Donuts. Sketchy characters hangout inside with their backpacks, bags, clothes...etc. Employees avoid interaction with these homelesses out of fears for their safety. Some of these homeless uses the bathroom to do drugs and I personally found some of the stuff they left behind in the bathroom. The owners should do something about this situation, otherwise you will be losing a lot of customers. I'll update my rating to 5 stars if I see some action been taking and improvement been done!

Person who took my order got it wrong I'm multiple ways and gave me attitude about it. Manager less than apologetic. I demanded the fix to the order without the extra fee it was supposed to cost me. Pretty sure we are both happy I won't be returning. Clock was marked "real time". Should have been "Real time. Really big attitude."
