Kfc

Bought 2, 6 piece Nashville hot chicken tenders and a small sprite and was told my order was just shy of $40???? Then in the drive through the woman at the window told me “can you go we have another customer behind you” after I paid but had yet to receive my food. After questioning the price of the food I went back through the drive through and was told that I was charged $6.00 solely for the sauce that goes on the chicken tenders? And was told that they “don’t offer Nashville chicken tenders” despite having them on the menu and serving them to me. The NH chicken tenders were priced at $12.00 for a 6 piece on the menu but you mean to tell me that I was charged an additional $6.00 JUST FOR SAUCE ????????? I demand money back, this is unacceptable

The customer service here is horrendous! You order, they rush you. You get to the window to pay, and they take your money and tell you to park out front, even when there is no one else behind you. They won't give you an opportunity to ask for sauce. After you park you wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes for your food. On top of that, they rarely give you a receipt, so when your order is wrong, there isn't really anything you can do about it or give feedback online. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because when they don't screw up my order the food is pretty good.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. They made me wait in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. Forgot my order. Got my order wrong. And then I get my order and the food was cold. Highly annoyed. They parked every car that went through the drive though too. Like why. Highly dissatisfied customer. Y’all should not be doing business like this. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for 8 years if you gonna make someone wait. Get the order right. And at least give them hot food. Ugh. Order#5041422

My name is Sam and I am addicted to fried chicken... Yes I have a problem. KFC is obviously a staple fried chicken restaurant. However not all KFCs are created equal. Most KFCs have bad reviews for bad service and inconsistent food. This KFC is an exception, it's clean, friendly and the food is decently good! Worth driving further from my closest KFC.

This place is bad allways messing up ur orders tonight i paid for a full meal i should get everything i was missing quite few things... dont matter how much u complain u get nothing back from the company except heres a free burger its redecules i rather go to poppys around the corner the. Kfc from now on...
