One car ahead of me, took forever in the drive-through, once we got to the window there was a 12 year old boy working. Then after we got home realized some of our order was missing, called the store and someone who didn’t speak any English answer the phone had a difficult conversation and then she ended up hanging up on me. Such professionalism at this location. I definitely do not recommend it

What is there to say? It's a fast food burger place. Several times, they have left out some of my order when I go through the drive through but they always make good on it when I call and tell them. I would suggest checking your order before you leave the drive through, especially when you order a lot of items.

I don't think "fast food" should take 1 HOUR in the drive-thru to receive. Something happened at this location because they use to be quick and timely. Now the line is always held back at the ordering screen and they let one car go thru at a time very slowly..? But I can't rap my head around why it should take 30+ mins to arrive at the screen and then another 15+ mins for 4 burgers to be made. I can't imagine if you found something in your order was incorrectly made, you'd have to go thru the line AGAIN because they have their dining room locked.

Stood there for seven minutes, was glanced at three times and no service was offered at all. As we were leaving I hollered “thanks for the service-we will go elsewhere “. We were told to” have a nice day “. They don’t have a clue that they just missed out in a very large order for a group traveling through.
