Nine Way

Pro tip: spicy means spicy. If you aren’t a fan of a burning tongue, ask the server for a little less spicy than the default. This is the absolutely the best Chinese food I have ever had in my life! Savory, colorful, and well presented. We ordered the Pork Ears, Chicken Giblets, and Sour and Spicy MaoCai. All so good and plentiful. Any better and this place will be belong in a cooking show. Also worth noting how friendly the staff was. Usually is either good food or good service, but Nine Way have them both and we really appreciate the effort that goes into making good food and making us feel special.

I'm surprised by how many people said this place is spicy. No, it's not at all if you are a true spicy lover. Here are the items I tried: - ❤️ S5: Clear Broth Beef Noodle Soup (Surprisingly its my most favorite item here. The broth was fresh and flavorful) - 👍 A5: Handmade Wonton in Chili Oil (Still didn't meet my spicy standard but at least the flavor was nice!) - 👍 A12: Handmade Chinese Scallion Pancake (Crispy and nice to snack on) - 👎 Nine Way Noodle (Very mildly spicy. The menu said there's pork in it but I only found crumbs of it) - 👎 A1: Handmade Sichuanese Style Dumpling (I eat lots of Sichuan food. And when it said Sichuan I expected it to be spicy and numbing, but instead it tasted very spicy and the dumpling filling tasted a little undercooked as well)
