Really rude night lady she threatened to call the cops on me for allowing her to finish her smoke. the other 711 on eureka way is cleaner and has better staff and they dont charge to cook pizzas ,they answer there phone and are polite !! placer 711 needs to up up there game and get rid of the night lady ur losen money keeping her on your books ... I'm taken my serives and money to eureka they have wonderful staff ,and a young lady with red hair who goes over and beyond to make sure all customers needs are meet

First of all there is a shame that there is only two 7-11 in Redding and both of them are on the west side of town, what to do on those hot summer days when you really need a slurpee to cool you down. Like malls from the eighties it seems like most people don't know how great of a convenience having these places around. Big shot out to Karla who works there at night even though she seems a little bit wacky she remembers most of the people that walk through those doors and makes it more of a personable experience shopping there.
