There's usually a line at the times I go. I know that going in. My food is always hot including those fries and tasty too. The service-folk are not necessarily the friendliest or polite. The speaker system basically, sucks. Many times I'm not sure what they are mumbling to me.

We just stopped by the drive thru for a quick bite and the person taking our order has no clue. She gave us food off the value menu instead of the actual value meal. Completely didn’t get two other items we ordered. They were out of coke and iced tea. Horrible experience

More employees than needed. Quality of burgers is horrible for the price. What happened to putting tomatoes, lettuce and onions on roll without asking for it and then paying extra for it? All Burger King burgers look the same. Give me $15 an hour to show you how real people work. Also charged for 3 extra sauce and didn't receive them.

Check your bags before you pull away from the drive thru. Too many times food is missing and when you call they expect you to waste gas running back to get the missing food. One star since they do make a good sandwich.

You better come with a full tank of gasoline for this burger King drive thru location...These burger King employees will make you wait at the drive thru menu forever!!....Like the customer is on the employees time...I don't know who owns/manages this location but their doing a poor job....!! Would not recommend this location unless your starving..

After wading through the Dr. Seuss line, we place our order of 4 meals and 11 min. later got to the pick-up window and paid. While waiting for our food, we requested 4 ranch and was told “Well that’s gonna cost ya .15 cents each”. My husband gathered the .60 cents and the cashier didn’t put in in the drawer!!! Open theft?? The cashier turned to us and said do you need anything else and we replied, “ummm... yeah our food and drinks” which he replied “oh, yeah” and another worker handed us our order. We left without 1/4 sandwich’s and 3/4 drinks had no carbonation. Wonderful reminder why we should aim higher with food choices!

Drive-thru line was super long so I went inside. I waited in line behind one person to order a frozen Coke. It took seven minutes in and out for this, but it was still quicker than the drive-through. Not impressed with the speed of service.
