Little Caesars

The new manager changed this entire location.. She is polite, professional, and pizza is even alot tastier.. hot n ready is actually just that, and prior the male with dreadlocks was the worst person ive ever met to deal with customer service wise. When we had a birthday party for our nephew and ordered six pizzas and went to pick up and pay in cash with a $50 bill he refused to take our money and said they do not accept US currency over $20 which I've never heard such a thing in my life. Amen Little Caesars to the new lady you hired to run that store you made a great choice!

Such a disappointment, I ordered a deep deep dish pizza and when I got it, it was burned so badly I couldn't make out what was the crust and what was the cheese and sauce. I called the customer service and they gave me a refund ticket to get my money back. but when I tried calling the store, they hung up on me three times in a row. Three strikes and they are out. My wife was just there and she told me it was filthy there that you could see the dust on the windowsills and in the corners so thick that it would turn your stomach. I wished I was with her cause she told me that they gave her such and attitude that she just left in the middle of placing her order. I called them and just as I figured, they denied everything, Do not go here, you will loose your money from burnt or under done food, to rude and ignorant and disrespectful staff and management. I just wished we could give minus stars, this place deserves minus ➖ five stars

Worker at the register was very polite... went in to get a large pepperoni pizza 🍕 which was immediately handed to us...went home and opened up the pizza box lid to discover the pizza was extremely under cooked to the point the dough was very soggy thru out the entire pizza...I guess that's what I get for buying a $6.00 🍕...but I don't think we will be going bk to this location.
