On December 27th at 11 am I ordered turkey wrap because I liked it in another location - Denver CO international airport. But in comparing with wrap in Denver airport it was disgusting.
1. It was cold and not pleasant to eat.
2. Tortilla was thick and not completely cooked.
3. It was not much filling but mostly tortilla and wrap was small. In Denver airport the guy who make it hardly wrapped it and it was huge so I divided for two times.
I opened my order and immediately made picture. Little by little I ate filling and left all bread aside. I hate to write negative reviews but sometimes I can't ignore.

The store is the store is very messy and dirty I was there five minutes before they were supposed to open and then five minutes after they were supposed to open they still were not open I go to the door and they just giving me a hand signals and nobody came and even told me what time they’re supposed to open. so I left even though I was trying to get a sandwich for my daughter’s lunch because she was at school just extremely unprofessional not to open at the time it says you’re supposed to but the store looked dirty anyway

Difficult to communicate, did not prepare sandwiches as requested, the gentleman in back who could understand and speak some English refused requests to come help.

Whoever you have working around 8:30pm on 5/14 needs to be fired. Not a single direction followed, looks like they literally threw the sandwich together, and half of the order is missing. Just gross negligence. Definitely deserve the $15/hour.

When I walked in the woman behind the counter was busy (which I understand) cleaning. She did not acknowledge nor greet me until she finished her task( like it was impossible to say hello). She was very uninformed about the point system for a free sub. When I started my order she was incredibly rude while making my sandwich. And even began talking about me to another employee in her native tongue. If you have time just go to another Subway. I wish I could give them zero stars. All around HORRIBLE experience. I will never go back.

My sandwich artist was making sure I had enough food. I had to decline at least twice about more food. I brought a footlong how much more do I need.

I asked the person who made my wrap to add lettus and tomatoes. Well one of the tomatoes slices had what looked like a white moldy substance on it. When I pointed it out. She just threw it away and pick another tomatoe slice for the same tin bin.
