I go regularly and iv never had any bad experience, the staff are always happy to see you, very friendly and relaxing atmospher, the food is always freshly cooked marlyn and Janet's cakes are the best love them, if ever your feeling down there is always someone there to chat too for friendly advice, I would highly recommend the ship cafe, great food, excellent service friendly staff 5star plus

I go there as a Volunteer as well as a customer. The food is good and Marilyn makes delicious cakes! The staff and customers are really friendly.
Most of the customers live locally and are regulars.
