Red Robin

We chose to get take out and move to an empty part of the parking lot to eat our lunch. We made several special requests on the website when ordering but they were not performed. There was a checklist attached to the bag indicating that these special requests were done. I see this as an easily corrected oversight. The food was very good with the exception of cold steak fries. We arrived within 5 minutes of the designated time so, they weren't sitting for long. All in all, I'm happy to do my part in supporting local businesses and employees. I'll just be a little more careful about what I order next time.

Good food! I usually get a burger with 2 baskets of fries (they're bottomless) and get some sort of spritzer berry drink or a smoothie. Service is usually always on point and the food comes out swiftly, hot and delectable. The institution as a whole is clean and presentable, a great place for a family meal or somewhere to frequent with friends. I've been here probably over 25 times easily in the past 6 years or so and intend to go again.

What a nice restaurant. We got a seat quickly around 4pm, our waitress McKenzie (sorry for spelling) was fantastic, the food was impeccable, Jeff, the owner or manager, asked how our meal was and my bf thought he was a waiter and asked for a beer, in stride he said sure and got him a bottle and poured it for him, so friendly. Wonderful kids menu too and fun games to occupy the young ones. Overall great experience here. Will definitely return, probably this month.

Our food was cold, burgers were pink even when ordered no pink. Garlic fries had no garlic flavor what so ever. Our first quarantine meal out since covid-19 because we are a family of 6 was definitely not worth the money we paid. I make a better burger at home and will continue to do so from now on. Yuck.

The worst customer service that I have ever been exposed to. They will lie to your face then apologize. The manager (female) wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I was there to pick up an order....waited over 45 minutes before I was informed that the order hadn't even been started...only after I asked what the status of the order was. I asked at least 4 times....each time receiving answers "it's being bagged right now", "it's being prepared", "it'll be just a few more minutes", "we just started it" Amazing....I wonder if lying to customers is taught in their training program?

Ordered to go. Food was ready in under 15 minutes, which was great. Until I got home...less than a 3 minute drive. We ordered two gourmet burgers, a Mac and cheese kids meal, and two cod and chips entrées. All the fries were cold, soggy, and stale. Our fish were hot to the touch, but cold and dry in the middle. Inedible. And the burgers were very sloppy like they were just an after thought. A very disappointing experience.

Dine in is open, walk in or call ahead waitlist are available. Takeout or curbside pick up as well. Masks required to enter but not once seated. Many precautions to keep you and the staff safe. Fabulous food, drinks, and service. The staff are some of the most friendly and helpful I've had the pleasure to be waited on by. Highly Recommend.

After a long day of work (or sometimes doing nothing frankly), my husband and I occasionally just want to order some dinner via Uber Eats. This Red Robin location is one of our go-to restaurants! We like to share a Haystack Tavern burger with two sides of fries. It’s pretty good and reasonably priced. Pro Tip: Extra fry seasoning is your friend and required.
