Subway

I'm giving a five-star review for the man that worked yesterday June 26th 2022. His name was Travis. He was in there making sandwiches for multiple amounts of people by himself AND orders from online. His counterpart called out. That person should also be fired because we all know they weren't exactly sick but because they wanted to enjoy the 90° plus weather outside. Travis deserves a raise and a promotion. He's the one getting the 5 stars and not this Subway location. As someone who wants to own a company in the future I find it very appalling that the manager didn't come in to help. Travis did his job more than exceptionally well. He didn't miss one detail of any orders. He deserves his pay and the pay of the other employee that called out and he more than earned that.

I love coming here. I have been coming to this location for years now and the customer service, the food quality and the sandwiches have been a delight. The people working here are polite, kind and attentive to your needs. Sure, they have been short staffed at times, but which establishment isn't? Why do we make such a huge deal of waiting an extra 10 minutes at Subway, but don't mind the wait at Olive Garden or any other restaurant. At the end of the day, the goal is to enjoy a good meal no matter what it is - an easy sandwich or a dine in or even take out. Anyway, the food is great, I know by talking to the people who work here that they use fresh ingredients and do their absolute best to deliver a delicious, well made sandwich. If you can't appreciate a sandwich from Subway, dare I say, you don't understand the simple pleasures of life. Try it out and you will love it.

The food was great but the polite and professional young man working alone with many customers waiting on a Friday evening at 8 pm, was awesome! Michael was apologizing for the customers having to wait but he did not at any time make excuses or place blame on his coworkers or management for being there alone. Michael's attitude and professionalism are commendable and it would be a failure if Management does not recognize his efforts. I will return and I hope Michael is the one working even if he is alone. I sincerely hope that the other customers waiting in line with me also write a positive review for Michael.
