Round Table Pizza

Round table has always charged a lot for pizzas, but we got some good pizzas. It took an hour to make the pizza, so prepare to wait. But it's the self serve, pour by the ounce area that makes this all worth it to me. They exchange your ID for a wristband. Tap your wristband on a special area by the tap to activate, then pour. Each ounce poured is charged. When done, exchange the wristband back and you pay for the number of ounces you drank. Smaller but not bad selection!! My pics have my personal beer rating, with 5 being the highest.

The pizza is cooked to perfection. One of the wait staff gals said she is so proud of her ability to keep the salad bar stocked and nice. Wish I would have gotten her name, I would have mentioned it! Salad bar was perfect. Pizza, perfect. Beer, cold. 5 stars all the way. Been there several times. Will definitely be going back 😊

Although the wait time for delivery was crazy (which then I decided to pick up instead), they made that up with the wonderful customer service that is lost nowadays. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with hellos and smiles. Then I was told that my pizza was not ready yet, but I was offered a complimentary drink while I wait. They brought my food to me at the table I seated at with my soda. It was so pleasant to see that even though they were so busy, they made me feel special. I also have to add, their crust is exceptional!

So to the customer who came in tonight and verbally assaulted the cashier Ally after she nicely told you that they were closing soon. You became irate calling her vile names, and yet she still was pleasant telling you there was time to make the order to go and eat your salad here while you waited. She was the ultimate example of amazing customer service. How dare you try and degrade her or the other employees. To every employee who was working that night (Alex, Ally, Jackson, Cristian, Parker, Emma, and Jesse). I hope the owner of this business knows the amazing employees that they have. I hope there are policies in place to protect you all from customer that this man. Great Job. Great Service. Great establishment. Great Pizza.

Even though Round Table is a chain, this location feels like a welcoming hometown family restaurant. Even when very busy, the staff is cheerful and helpful, especially Gavin. The salad bar is fresh, crisp, and offers great variety. The boneless wings are yummy, and, of course, the pizza is a classic. Our club meets here in the banquet room once a month, and it’s always a pleasure.
