Five Guys

I've been to quite a few Five Guys locations, and this unfortunately is at the bottom of the list. I didn't experience the issues with food delivery drivers taking priority, as my food came out in a timely manner. I had to remind the staff that my order came with fries, when I first picked it up. I ordered a little fries, but it didn't come with that much. The burger bun was hard and barely warmed up.

Good but not worth the high cost and long wait times. Like others have mentioned they prioritize food delivery services over people in the store. I go when it's not crowded, no line to order and maybe 3 or 4 people waiting for food. It still takes forever and I have been told after ordering it's going to be 20-30 minutes. I could understand if the dining room was packed, but there was only 2 people that had ordered before me waiting for their food. Last time I was there, one person in front of me and when I went to order was told it would be a few minutes before they could even take my order. I turned around and left as it's just not worth waiting 20-30 minutes for the food, especially at the prices they charge. I get that it's fast casual but they are charging sit down restaurant prices and it takes longer to get your food than at a normal restaurant. People working their are always nice and I don't blame them for the issues.

I'm appalled and absolutely shocked, on how the store manager along with her co worker treated my family last night!! We had just dropped my kids Mom off at the airport, and we're going to be away from her for a week for the very 1st time. On the way home decided to get a late night milkshake to brighten the mood. We walked in at 9:54pm, and there's 2 other customers inside. The manager looks at us and very loudly..says REALLY!! And gets very upset, and proceeds to yell at us, that she just cleaned the grill... and they just sold a $1,000 worth of food the last hour and wanted a break!!! I was a dumbfounded!! I told her I wasn't ordering a burger anyways, but she told me that we shouldn't walk in 5 min before closing, and asked me what I was thinking!! I told the lady at the register, that she probably shouldn't associate with how her coworker was acting... then she proceeded to tell me that she was the manager..& she was right, and that I had no business coming in 5 min before closing!! Wow I was just shocked this was even happening!! We've spent countless times after ballgames with friends, family meals, or just a quick treat. Finally as my 7 year old is crying, the cashier says FINE, WHAT DO YOU WANT! At that point I'm concerned with these 2 individuals to make my family anything. We will go out of our way to go to any other Burger joint from here on out. This use to be such a happy place to come to, and greeted with a smile and a welcome. Thanks 5 Guys for being the worst customer service experience of my 43 years on this earth!!

employees were friendly but prioritized their delivery service over their in house customers. food was extremely mediocre, ended up spending 50$ and waiting for 35 minutes for just 2 burgers and 2 fries. would rather stay home and make my own better burgers lmao. five guys burgers and thieves more like

It was an overly expensive hamburger for a fast food place $25 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries not my idea of thrifty. It was extremely greasy and average tasting. Possibly $11 would have covered the cost of that meal. I definitely will not be going back to five guys. It just wasn't worth it I'd rather go to McDonald's.

I have never eaten here because I see how greasy the bag is when people walk out and I do not have that problem at in and out Burger which is my favorite but I went in to get a hamburger and try to get a cup to put ice in it for my own drinking water and she actually tried charging me $3.90 for JUST THE CUP.... NOPE... BYEEEEEEE... Your hamburgers can't be all that great to deal with the lack of smiles, customer service and HIGH cup prices
