Jack In The Box

I moved to Pullman two months ago and the employees at this Jack in the box Franchise are all very kind, respectful and very professional. They always get my order right and they do their job well. If you’re in Pullman and you get hungry for some good food definitely come to this place. 10/10 I recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE MANAGER. I have experienced a lot of inconsistencies in my order in the past as well. For instance they forgot to put even a single piece of chicken in the chicken salad. Sometimes forget to add sauce in my sandwich. Last week they said no pancakes are available in my breakfast platter and no way to get the amount back. Today i ordered a chicken salad. I came home to find just 2 strips of chicken in my salad (photo attached). I called the manager, very politely explained my situation and asked for a refund. The manager was rude, suggested that I took out the chicken so that I could ask for a refund. I said I don't need the refund anymore, said thank you politely and hung up. Never going back there. Lewiston outlet is much better.

I went through the drive through today for a few Jr bacon cheese burgers and not a single other person was there! They asked me to park and never made my food and brought it out to me! I sat there for 15 minutes in a empty parking lot and ended up going in and getting my money back. Completely incompetent. This store has a history of spitting in people's food and bragging about it so it's best to Avoid at all cost!

Tried to order some tacos and was told they were out….. to be honest, I feel the guy was lying to me because we ordered 20 tacos. If he wasn’t lying to me and they were out of tacos, I feel that is still no good. Our order came to us with luke warm French fries and egg rolls that were freezing in the center.

Have you ever heard of false advertising... Went through drive thru bc there was a sign that said 2-6$ jumbo jacks posted on their fence. I was told that they are "no longer offering this offer and just need to take down the sign." If the sign is up it should be offered. Its their job to remove it if they dont then thats on them not the customer.

So this business in specific this location has been on the decline not sure why that is used to have the tater melt and it was good then the chicken patty just started tasting worse and worse each time like it was old then I had the misfortune of getting food the other night and they asked me to park I waited 15 minutes with my drink and ice cream and it had melted so I drive around to the drive thru and they had to search for my food clearly just forgot I existed upset at this point but I take the L and head home I get home open the bag and find that not only my food was ice cold which I expected but they didn’t even give me chicken in either of my roost fries just fries and sauce so naturally I went back and someone else helped me a model employee got me my food and made up for the loss by giving me not only an extra burger but letting me keep the old food and replacing everything I had ordered so good on him but still I have to say the experience was awful and if anything the second employee deserves some recognition for great customer service however the first one was awful and clearly just didn’t care for this I give two stars hopefully they shape up cuz I’d really like to order here again but for a while I won’t be

I have not had one good, hot item since going there. I tried it two times and both times the food was either too cooked, old and cold or way too greasy. Today I was given drinks without ice and told they are out of ice.... The drink tasted like 15 flavors of soda. They need to really clean their fountains nozzle. I should not taste Root Beer when I asked for a Coke. My cashier was nice but our food has never been worth the money spent.
