What a dump!! Clearly you do not need to know how to follow any simple direction. Arrive at the drive thru with no one else in line...store is slow. They still can't get an order correct and then want to give attitude when I called . Never again! Too many other options to get a case of diarrhea from!

I ordered $35.00 worth of food on 5/5/22 just to be told when I got to Taco Bell on Santa Fe in Pueblo Colorado, that my order was not received but to call 800 number for a refund, as they could not make my order at all because they ran out of supplies. Still no refund as of yet for may 5th order. Then I ordered again on 05/06/22 thinking they possibly restocked, nope, my card was charged $45.00 and my order was then cancelled. I was ripped of by taco bell for 80 dollars. I have called and sent in email requesting assistance and a refund and requested to be contacted and I have yet to receive either at this point. I am a good paying customer and to just be ignored and keep my payments is awful, rude, hateful and just bad service all the way around. No good reviews from me at this point as I am not happy and feel like Taco Bell just don't respect their customers. I hope they get things together and fix this mistake. No spending money there again or at least until I get some acknowledgement of my orders made this month and money spent for services NOT rendered.

Ordered and paid from the app, drive thru said they didn't have my order and made me pay twice for my food, tried to show them my order confirmation but they pretty much said they don't care and that I have to call a 1800 number to get my money back.. instead of them taking responsibility for the mess up they are making me waste my time calling in.. very unprofessional management...

My one star rating is not based on the food because I never got the opportunity to eat it. Rather it is based on the customer service. I recently went through the drive-thru late one night and no one would take my order -- despite the fact that it was open and employees could clearly be seen just standing around talking. If this Taco Bell does not want to be open late and serve people then close up earlier. Or, and here's a novel thought, do your job.

Today Taco Bell Shone Brightly as a NEW Menu Item Was Discovered, Gave It a Chance NOT Sure What To Expect, I Was Pleasantly And Completely Surprised The New Taco Bell HOT WINGS..Yes HOT WINGS Are Awesome a NEW and Flavorful Reason To Try Taco Bell Again For The First Time, The Spicy Ranch Is Bonus Points, My New FAVORITE Menu Item Crispy Outside Moist Inside and Flavorful Throughout I Will Definitely Be Returning Don't Drop The Ball On This One Taco Bell Or We MAY NEVER FORGIVE YOU!!
