Ihop

Our server today was Sarah whos been there 11 years. She was one of the best waitresses my husband and I have ever had at this location. She was so genuine, friendly, fast, helpful, and was so on top of her tables to ensure the best quality customer service she could provide. We ordered so much food and she was so attentive to us with our refills, she brought us plentiful creamers and sugars for our coffee. Hands down miss Sarah deserves a raise for how amazing she is at her job! If more people provided her 5 star customer service and interpersonal skills then i fully believe people would be more positive to eachother all around. Way to go Sarah! We were the couple that ordered with you at approximately 11am this morning 10/30/2021 i got the Mummy Burrito coffee water soda and my man got the double chicken fried steak breakfast. I know you'll remember us because i feel like we were all rather impressionable with eachother. Stay blessed Sarah and never lose your heart of gold!

I ordered a grilled tilapia with rice and broccoli, from the senior menu. The fish was surprisingly well cooked, and everything was very tasty. It would have been nicer if the server was a bit more attentive. Also, cushions in several booths have huge tears and holes, and I don't know why they are not replaced.

Every single time my family and I come to eat here at this particular ihop, they always take way too long to just serve you. They refuse to serve you because the so called chef takes a “break”. They don’t care about the customer. Just horrible customer service. They should just fire all those employees and replace them with employees who are willing to attend the customer and offer a better service.

Restaurant was not very clean and the waitresses didn't seem very friendly. Also they were out of several items that you would expect a breakfast place to have. Waitress didn't ask if we needed refills and wasn't very hospitable at all. The place was not busy, so I'm unsure as to why they wouldn't have had things cleaner. I probably won't be back to that location again.

Really a 24 hour place? We go there and 4 couples ahead of us,tables and booths filled on the right,1 cook,1 waitress and 1 of them going on break for 25 minutes,(the cook) at 9 p.m. We were told this 15 minutes into waiting by wait staff (waitress) who stated that our food order would be delayed almost an hour. Great Service...not.

Our waitress Jade seemed very sweet at first but did not come check on us at all. We were the only customers for the majority of our visit. When I went to pay she told me that they don’t have the $16.33 to give me for my change. I had to wait for them to go across the street for change. She then handed me $16.00. I asked her for the rest of my change because I felt like she was trying to keep the entire amount for a tip by telling me she had no change. She got real snooty and handed me $.35 and said “Here, even 2 cents extra”. It was ridiculous. The food was good but service was definitely not even up to par.
