Well not the smartest place for a celebratory meal out or Sunday lunch but very good value including take away Sunday lunches. Friendly staff too.

Definitely a local for the locals. Although on the main road they was a bypass road built a number of years ago around the town so passing trade will be limited. For the locals, a good bar.

3 of us went here today for lunch and a drink. 3 beef Sunday dinners a pint and a half fosters and a bottle of Heinlein 00, £21.95 and all 3 of us agreed the food was excellent. We Will be going again.

Was at a christening week ago buffet was excellent lovely variety of food disco man and lady who did face painting kept children well entertained staff were very pleasant that was serving behind bar

Lovely meals and Pint. Come hear sometimes on Sunday Lunchtime. Tasty roast meals here. Had roast turkey with all the vegetables. Good portion servings too.

Long time since I've been in here & nothing much has changed, pub opened up a bit more with more room now, more a traditional drinking pub but does sell decent meals from what I've heard.
