Wendy's

I went through drive through and it was as if i needed to have the order ready before i made it to see the drive though menu there was not suggestions, the order was not repeated to verify its correct and they only said drive up with out telling me how much I'll have to pay...The experience was awkward they did not seem like they cared for the individual picking up the food as if it was just another customer in a line. No proper communication and no manners. The food was as expected for fast sloppy food but things could be better. Good people working but treating customers i guess... okay... but not great things should improve.

Customer service is lacking, Has a manager read my mobile order to me, tell me to wait in line, all while she took drive though orders.. My mobile order still just chilling there... Manager looked me in my face as she made the last bowl of chili for a drive through order. When i finally got to the counter, she told her employee she'll take my order, and then proceeded to tell me that she gave the last bowl of chili away (remember she read my mobile order 5 minuets prior) and she wasn't making any, and i couldn't get my rewards points for the item back.. This is on top of the store usually being dirty, there drink machines either not carbonating the soda correctly, not having the correct flavors in them for said sodas, or not cooling the soda properly either.

Normally fine with little issue. Went today at 11:30 and see lights on which tells me they should be open. I sit in the drive-thru for 4 minutes with no one talking/acknowledging me sitting there. Go to the window and they motion for me to go away before finally opening the window. They just keep saying "Today we're closed" until I hear the manager yell from the kitchen to "tell them we're closed and lock the window." No signs indicating they're closed or anything similar. They looked completely open probably not going back if that's how they close with no explanation

When it comes to ordering they take too long . Once they take your order they don’t say “ all set drive up” they stay quiet which is a problem that happend to me today! There’s this lady who I feel that doesn’t like her job who was at the cashier at 8pm today 03/11/22. She was talking to me like i made that mistake lmfaoo should thank god I didn’t tell her to go wipe her bum with that mouth. STAY HOME OR JUST QUIT IF YOU CANT TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY.

Very quick & courteous, but under supplied. I ordered a Baconator combo but they had no fries and no baconator bread, so they packed it all into a smaller bun ( for the same price ). When I approached the window to pay, they gave me back 3½ dollars in change because they had no dollar bills. It was a mess 🤦‍♂️

Fast, friendly and quality service they offer the usual services as any Wendy's with plenty of parking. They are open long hours. The drive thru is a little tight but manageable. The staff tries there best to keep it clean 🪥 given the local foot traffic that can be difficult because of the area. It's next to Rhode island 🏝️ hospital 🏥 and flames Jamaican food resteraunt. There is a great basketball 🏀 court behind the store in the neighborhood on public street I've been playing there for a long time and going to this Wendy's the same amount of time.
