The line at this KFC is often long for the drive-thru and backs up onto North Main Street. The service at the window however is quick and the workers are friendly. The food is made correctly but you do pay a premium for tasty food. Indoor dining is available but small and not many parking spaces.

POOR ATTITUDE! Order was incorrect at drive through. Left and turned around immediately. I was met with Hostility and Poor attitude. I am a Regional Manager for a large bank and was taken back by such rude and poor professionalism. I cannot totally blame the drive through associates as it definitely seemed that they were a product of their environment. Poor training. Total grade of a D- at the North Main St location in Providence, RI. Let’s hope it gets corrected. God Bless.

Does anyone actually manage this place? I bought an 8 piece tonight and the chicken tasted just aweful. It’s almost like someone did not put all the proper ingredients in the seasoning. The entire meal was tossed i. The trash. I’m actually contacted an officer I know in providence to have the health department give this place a visit

Sorry to see the service is going way down as well as the quality of food. Wish KFC could re-evaluate there items and return to the old way of doing business. If there is a problem, fix it not argue with the customer and act like the customer is the problem when their order is incorrect. Poor customer service.

I am Not a KFC fan. Yrs ago I saw pictures of how they basically torture the chixs..not here for it! Don't know how true but I'm not a fried food person but alot of people enjoy it

Everything I go there they forget to give me one of my items. I do not live close to the KFC so I can just go there when they forget things. The managers are nice about it and never give me a hard time but I still

Delicious chicken sandwich! Almost on par with Popeye's (but not quite). Staff was super nice and our food was ready quickly.

Love the food and prices are good as well. Friendly workers and fast service. I purchased the $20 meal. 8 pcs extra crispy chicken, 2 mash potatoes (Can not substitute), Cole slaw, and biscuits. The chicken is bigger than other KFC. It worth driving across town to this location.
