As I a paying customer. I went to place an order and dining in the restaurant. I personally asked kindly If I may restroom. The employee told me that is not open to the public. I understand it’s not open to the public, but am a paying customer that was dining in. I strongly advise the company that should revise their policy. It’s going to drive their customer away from dining in the restaurant. I personally will not be going back in the way I was treated in the restaurant.

Legitimately just stopped to get my kids lunch from Burger King on broad Street in Providence, went to use the ladies room first prior to buying food, and was stopped dead in my tracks and told that it wasn't open to the public. So because I chose to use the ladies room prior to buying food I guess was not welcome to the bathroom, the public bathroom. So I'm on my way to McDonald's. They should probably train in customer relations.

The lady was rude and she didn’t wanted to attend me correctly as I was supposed to be she didn’t put any attention to my requests. She ask me to move but she did in a very mean way, I have been ask to move to wait in the parking lot but when people told me kindly.

2 for the store but if they ask me for the employees i would gave them 5*. Incredible i came only 1 person drive thru, the manager and 1 person in the kitchen working their a$$ off to serve food covering all the stations. Corporation needs to start taking more serious the effort of employees. Shame on BK, proud 👏 of employees. Only thing was customers without mask 😷. Need to be more hard on that.

Went through the Drive thru, Very clear how they spoke. I approached the Drive-through window, They all had their masks. Polite and asked me if I need anything else. My food was hot which I appreciate instead of getting cold front fries.

Worst Burger King I ever visited. Dirty and outdated. Literally stood in the line for 45mins to order. I wonder Why people even come here. Can order uber eats from somewhere else and still get food faster. Dont come here unless it's the last resort

The food was impeccable however, when I did my best to not take a dump on their cash register and failed, they used excessive force and repeatedly spanked me.
