Dunkin'

This dunkin location is not staffed properly and also not stocked properly either. They had run out of all bagels and most of donuts and donut bites by 10 something in the morning. It was very slow and our order took about 30 minutes to be made and they missed one sandwich completely and made one smoothie without the coconut milk. Correcting those mistakes took another 15 minutes. They have taken all the chairs and dining tables out of the place so while they go through their leisurely activity you will be standing there regretting that you made the decision to eat from here. Save your money 💰 time ⏲️ and energy by avoiding this establishment like a plague.

*DISHONEST STAFF* My friend was there the other day and left his phone on the counter and when he used the Google find my device app it magically pinged in the employee driveway directly on the side of this particular Dunkin Donuts in downtown Providence. The only cars that were parked there were Dunkin Donuts employees. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened😔

This coffee shop is a good place to go and I know the black guy that is owner who always treats me really good. When I walk in he always smiles and he always treats me very well telling me "You're welcome here anytime." I usually don't even get the first words out of my mouth and i am being handed a large cup of water filled with ice in it. This Dunkin Donuts is private owned and spotless clean inside all the times I have visited it.
