Extremely poor customer service! Went in to grab breakfast and was told by a rude employee that they don't have any hot food, that everything is frozen. She was rude and not apologetic for not having what I wanted at all and acted like if I was disturbing her! Seriously?!?!?! There was even another employee in the back talking very loudly on the phone using profound language! Extremely unprofessional and I highly do not recommend this place at all!!!!! You'll get much better service at a lemonade stand!!!

Update: The store is no longer understaffed. It’s just staffed with a mix of some nice and some very rude and slow employees. You may need a solid 15-20 minutes to order and get your food/coffee if there’s more than a few people in the store.

Same as most Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Has watered down coffee and sub par baked goods. I only go if I am in a hurry and can’t go out of my way for actual coffee. The egg sandwiches are strictly made in a microwave and is often over cooked and chewy. Would much rather go to a locally owned and roasted coffee shop.

Very slow service especially if your ordering food. I was almost late for work because the girl wasn't paying attention to the food screen and didnt make my food until I brought it to her attention and I asked for bacon on my avocado toast and I was looking forward to it I got to work and nothing! No bacon! So sad. But they aren't rude just need to consider that people coming in at quater to 7am are on their way to work and a sense on urgency should be out into consideration and also part to ing attention to detail.

Worst worst dunking in Providence ri from the workers to the way they run the store waited 30 for 2 dunuts they where worrying about the online order than the costumers. Kids been sitting there for more than 30 min waiting for they food that was order workers pick and choose who they wanna so first!! They attitude tho not coming from staff yeah GETTO!!! It’s sad how they running Dunkin!!slow slow

Their BEST location anywhere! The older lady who is the cashier in the morning is probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The other older lady who hands you your order is also a darling. The place is spotless and the location is convenient to the buses.
