Apsara Palace

I am OBSESSED with Apsara! My favorites are: Thai salad with chicken, bahn hoi, Thai coconut soup, rice noodle soup, Tom yum soup, drunken noodles, pad Thai, beef loc lac (OMG the lime and black pepper sauce is magical), and hot lemongrass chicken. I ordered take out through Postmates and picked up the order myself. They missed one of the items. When I called, no one answered, so I called again, they put me on hold for several minutes, the phone started to ring again and no one answered. My boyfriend called and someone quickly answered. They were rude on the phone. I had to go through Uber to get money back. I will not be returning. Definitely would double check your orders.

Few dollars more than lower class Chinese restaurants in the area but was worth it big chunks of onions peppers and pieces of real pork in the fried rice and General Tso's chicken wasn't over breaded like the other places either actually good amounts of chicken and very tasty but definitely worth it would recommend and will be back

I just had the worst experience of my life at this establishment. I dined in with my 10 year old son and we ordered shrimp nim chow (delicious), scallion pancakes (delicious), sticky chicken wings (just ok) and chicken pad thai (inedible). I told the staff that the pad thai smelled terrible and I couldn't eat it. He told me that it was what I ordered and I should have "done my research". What research? Yes, I understand what pad thai is and I have had it other places. He got upset with me because he said it was what I ordered so it is what it is and he caused a big scene in the restaurant. He told me that he didn't care if I ever returned there. He also proceeded to tell me that no one wants to wait tables anymore anyway and he doesn't care at all. This interaction was uncalled for. I simply told him that I was disappointed that it was inedible but that it was ok and I would pay for it. There was no need for a volatile situation. I'm deeply disturbed that I could be treated so horribly for no reason at all. I didn't deserve the treatment I received from this place. I will never go back here again. It's just so horrible that people can treat each other this way. Please don't support this place because they don't care about you.

On a Friday night at 7 this restaurant was super busy. Large menu, many choices Chinese Thai, Cambodian. You can bring your own wine in if you like. Prices are reasonable I had a good coconut stir fry dish with shrimp. My friend had a sweet and sour stir fry with scallops. Everything was very good but the scallops were not. We made a complaint about it and yet there was nothing done, no adjustment to the bill. Other than that we have been here before and we will go back although that was poor judgment on their part in my opinion. There is no Ambiance and it was warm, I didn't see any evidence of air conditioning (which is kind of hard to believe,) and if it's true and I would be worried if it was a hot day.
