I swear I did not eat any of these before opening. One quarter empty large chips. I'll give an extra star because the chips were super healthy as they had no salt. Just bought a twister. Took it out. Basically looks like this right out of the paper. Bottom part was sticking out. How am I supposed to eat it. Knife and fork. Also bought three chicken tenders. Guess how many I got. Two and one fifth. If you're going to be a "C" word, at least do it in a job like parking inspector.

Seems very chaotic lately and never consistent.. a lot of room for improvement! Order original chicken and get spicy.. order a combo meal with Pepsi Max then after I've paid say they don't have any Pepsi max and no other sugar free options except water.. not happy as I'm a diabetic.. and lots of other issues over the past few months

I’m very disappointed. I ordered some burgers and large coleslaw through the app and ordered delivery today because I’m in quarantine, but they brought creamy potatoes, not coleslaw. Without attaching a receipt. So I called and explained the situation, but they only said they would change it when I come to shop. Even if I told them several times that I’m in quarantine, they just said there was no way. It's not my fault. Why should I go there myself? I asked her name, who was on the phone with me, but she refused to tell me and said I wanted to talk to the manager, so it was ridiculous that she is a manager. The KFC app is a rubbish(because she saw her screen that my order is creamy potato), the system is trash, and employee training is a really terrible company. i eventually found out name whom is Mel who i would recommend no one hire

Ordered on the app thinking my meal would be ready like any other online orders when we got there to collect, in which we were told the meal doesn't get started until we get there and give our docket number!, then was told all our meal is ready but there's a 20 minute wait on chicken due to a bucket in our order, which is a waist of time ordering online then to save waiting there, and we had paid. I then said what use is it that our other meal is ready to go cold and soggy then have to wait for the chicken?. I asked they do it all fresh and together which they did. 30 minutes later my husbands still waiting for our order to be called so he went to the counter and had to remind them he was still waiting?. wasn't worth it, the chicken was so oily we had oil everywhere in the bag then on our table as the box was dripping in oil. There were a few unhappy customers in the restaurant.

Saturday evening at 5:45pm I arrive to KFC Prospect, as I enter through the restaurant to use the toilet I’m met with 2 very junior male employees having a laugh & messing about in there. One Crew Member had a spray bottle & cloth and I asked if the toilet was closed for cleaning. I was told ‘No’ and the boys (because that’s what they were, boys!) scurried off. Chuckling & laughing and having a grand old time. The bathroom itself was disgusting. Toilet paper & tampon wrappers strewn all over the stall floors. Perhaps these boys should’ve closed the toilet for cleaning after all. I order my meal. The same 2 boys from the toilet are now serving me. They’re still laughing & now chatting amongst themselves & only every now and then showing some remote interest in what I’m saying. My order was ordinary at best. My Twister fell apart & my chips were cold and undercooked. The Crew Member who packaged my order just screwed the top of the bag up & slid it over the counter at me without saying a word. I also got no receipt & no dipping sauce, which I saw on the screen when ordering that I was charged for. No napkins or towelette in my bag either. The restaurant was also dirty. With crumbs left on tables & patrons having to brush them off with their hands to sit down to eat their food. The outdoor area has leftover rubbish on the tables & bench and not once in the 45mins I’ve been here has anyone gone out to clean it up. I understand Junior Crew Members, I do. But the people responsible for training & overseeing young people who enter the workforce at an entry level role in fast food really need to instil in them the difference between a playground & a workplace. Overall my entire experience from the moment I stepped into the restaurant was an extremely poor one & the staff I have interacted with are a poor reflection of their brand.
