Hands down the worst KFC we have ever bought. You’re better off driving to another KFC 1hr away from your home than coming here. I requested fresh chips and they told me to park and wait 3 minutes for it. I made the mistake of not checking the food after I received it. When I got home and inspected the food I was appalled with the disgusting quality. The chips were COLD and STALE. The chicken was more grease and oil than chicken itself. The picture explains it better. Absolutely livid I threw $30+ in the bin as the food was not edible. Really disappointed with Mt Druitt KFC. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Terrible customer service, need to get some new staff that have manners or teach the current staff some customer service, how to interact with people and how to use their manners. I drove through their drive thru on a Thursday night at 9.50pm and waited at the speaker box for almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order, all the lights were on in drive thru and the restaurant so when no one spoke at the speaker box I drove through to the 1st window where there was a girl standing filling the drink fridge with her back towards the window she briefly turned around and shook her head and said we are closed and turned back around didn't even bother coming and opening the the window to say sorry they were closed. Considering I had already waited at the speaker box for nearly 5 minutes before driving to the window which by then it was 9.55pm even though their website says 10 p.m. close. Maybe even next time turn off the lights on the drive-thru and the restaurant

Ordered food at 8:39pm. It's 9.06 pm now and many people are waiting for thier orders. There are only two staff members at the front and no orders have been delivered. Inexperienced staff members who are arguing with each other. Extremely disappointed. You guys make a joke out of your loyal customers.

Waited 40mins for our meal (3 combos) I was the only person at counter at this stage, after 25mins I asked how long, I was told it would be another 20mins, I asked for a refund, then they changed it to 5 mins, waited another 10. Then asked for a refund. They said the only wait was the original fillet burger, so I asked for popcorn chicken instead and the difference refunded, refused again. After 40 mins of our food sitting there it was bearly warm, Chips soggy. Fast food restaurant? Not at all.

Usually very good service here but today was god awful, managers were rude and running around like headless chickens. Ordered food at 5:30 and couldn’t get it till 5:55! Please look into these managers as they are awful! Wouldn’t even help the customer behind me because they were too lazy to put the order through and said they can’t help because if the app doesn’t work apparently they can’t help in any way! PLEASE PLEASE look into these managers . Until then I won’t be back at this kfc ever again. I want a refund asap. Awful awful AWFUL
