Just popped here to buy a sandwich to take on my train journey. It was absolutely delicious, made freshly on lovely bread. Loads of tuna to fill it, and all packed in a sturdy box. I added a can of coke, and it was all put in a bag with some napkins. The service was lovely and friendly. All this was less than £5! Absolutely superb!

What a life-changing experience. My husband and I were helped by a wonderful young woman named Nicole. She was a true light to our evening and even made us reconsider our pending divorce. Not only have we decided to give our marriage another try due to her incredible service, we have also agreed to name our first-born child after her.
She gave us hope in humanity once again.
We will be returning to Moka regularly because the food is great and tipping Nicole is much cheaper than marriage counselling.
5 Stars.

Came for a bottle of Chardonnay. Fast service and lovely servers.

I ordered a Steak Baguette at Moka on the balcony, delicious and filling, btw, made by chef Red hair. Plating, presentation and taste- 5 stars.

The service was fairly slow, had to ask for our scone after the hot food arrived as they’d forgotten. Ordered another drink which was delivered to the wrong table. However, the food was a very good standard and a reasonable price. Very impressed, will return.

Really lovely breakfast.
This full breakfast (£9.95) comes with beans (which I didn't want) and two pieces of black pudding (I gave one of mine to my partner).
Toast and coffee are charged separately.
I had a cappuccino which was lovely.
The staff are very friendly and service was quick, as it was very quiet.
This was the Moka cafe in the Fishergate Centre not the cafe on the high street.

Had to wait 10 minutes for a table but no longer than the waitress advised and a seat provided for my Grandma who walks with a stick, so all good on that front. Plenty of choice for food and very accommodating for spice preferences as I asked for the spices on the Mexican salad to be dialled back, and they were. We had a leisurely lunch, didn't feel rushed at all but certainly always someone around to ask for more drinks / the bill. Will definitely bring family and friends back. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly, and the food is amazing, as you can see homemade chips and the fish it's the best one I have had for awhile. Worth a visit.
