Subway

They are good and have nice staff. The place is clean and has been renovated. The only minor issue is that it’s been such a long time that their drinks dispenser has been out of order and you can only get bottled drinks. I drink Lift and they even don’t have that product in their fridge. So every time I go in I have to only get the food without a soft drink.

Standing inside the store like a lemon for almost half an hour because they didn't receive my online order. Absolutely horrific customer service, showing them email confirmation but still having to wait for them to call a manager who wasn't even answering the phone!! I truly hate what has happened to the service industry the last few years. The staff just don't give a rats and have passed all the burden on the customer without even a hint of apology or acknowledgement of inconvenience. Avoid here at all costs.

I feel sorry for the staff in here. Absolutely sweltering, flies buzzing around and no cooling! Not even a fan. I ate my food in my car because it was so hot in the store. And the drink machine was broken and there was barely any stock in the fridge so I had to have a warm drink from out the back. Dear god, invest in a split system and look after your employees.

I'm a self proclaimed Subway nerd. Love it, I eat one or two weekly. And I have been to so many subway outlets that even I don't know the count. So, this one was one of the best. I like what they've done to the place, it's spacious and colorful. Very clean too. Service was great, the artist engaged in small talk and made the sub very well. I've an OCD regarding my salads on the sub, but this time it was great. Perfect amount of sauce and nice clean presentation. I think I might switch to being a regular over here. My server was female (Emma), in case the manager is reading. Came in with a smile, went out with a smile. Perfect. **Here's a tip, make your sub healthier by choosing not to add cheese and too many sauces.**

Whoever was in charge on the 27th of February either needs intense retraining, or to be closely monitored. Food came via Uber Eats. I ordered mine which was supposed to come with Chicken & Pepperoni. Was missing the chicken. There were also probably 3 shreds of lettuce on there and not much else in terms of toppings. The other one was not toasted, had the same quantity of toppings in it & the wrapping paper wasn’t even on properly so half of it nearly fell out as I was taking it out of the Uber bag. All in all, I’m making an effort not to order at this store again. Terrible quality control.
