They were thorough in ordering and then blamed me and accused me of saying something that didn’t happen. The girl at the window (face to face with customers) had a horrible attitude when I was politely asking inquiries to try to deescalate her tone. The team took far too long. I was waiting for a kids Mac and cheese. They did not remember that they sent someone off to the front to wait; so not apologize for their unfriendly attitude, or their lack of professionalism. And the overcooked fries among other menu items are not worth the wait. The kids and I will drive the extra mile to the next one. It should be a simple process: we order, are asked questions, we converse with one another for clarity; I pay; they accept the money; provide the food; we thank each other with a smile and carry on until the next time. How could this have gone so wrong??? The dining room isn’t open. So there was no one to whom I could escalate this event. Simple solution: take my money elsewhere.

Hey I've been liking Kansucky Fried Shicken all my life, until I ordered the # 11 Nashville Hot Tenders w/fryz with some bread & butter pickles "yummy" & to boot a biscuit as usual "it'll take the bite outta da over spicy favor". I went to the drive thru at NIGHT and thought hot diggity dawg more Kansucky Fried Shicken in my tummy. Well when I got to work I opened up the bag and to my surprise it had alotta sauce on top "I got the 5 piece" so all 5 pieces were covering up the unbelievable amount of ooze at the bottom. I only ate 2 tenders "kinda spicy" not observing the ocean of ooze, I closed it up & ate the fryz instead. I was putting the rest away for later in me lunch box and lo & behold the ooze oozed thru cuz I tipped it downward a little for entry to the lunch box, it oozed a trail then clean up was obvious. So Kansucky Fried Shicken please redo the recipe please, a nice crusty outside with DIPPIN' SAUCE instead. Great service and respectful employees, thank you KFC...

Just went through their drive thru. Among other things we ordered popcorn chicken, were told there wasn't any popcorn chicken, but then we were charged for popcorn chicken. They need to train their employees better. Not to mention if you try to pay with a card, they ask you for your pin number out loud so they can type it in. What kinda establishment is this.
