Fresh, tasty, ready made smoothies! I love coming here not only for the great smoothies but also for their great service by the staff. Everytime I come in here the staff is always smiling when they greet customers. Positive vibe they bring to the environment. I tried the Peanut butter chocolate love smoothie and I fell in love! Definitely my go to. I'll be back. Keep up the great work!

Michelle and crew went way above and beyond to provide me with an excellent experience! For some reason, my Jamba app wasn't being read by the computer, but they honored the coupon that I was trying to use anyway. Then on the way out, I got caught up on the door and dropped one of my smoothies. As I was frantically trying to clean up the mess, they made me another smoothie to replace the one I dropped! I couldn't believe it! They reassured me that everything was okay and that they would finish cleaning up the mess. It was the kindest and most positive customer experience that I've had in a really long time; maybe ever. I feel so bad that I cannot remember the name of the second team member on shift, but I really want to thank her and Michelle both!

Horrible experience. I have a medical condition and staff was rude about it. Ordered same drink I ordered dozens of times at other Jamba’s and this location can’t get it right. They told me that is the way it is and take it or leave it. Poway location needs lots of customer service and product knowledge training. Pretty shocking.
