Subway

I work in the area and go to this Subway at least once a month. Always was able to order 3 scoops of Tuna in a bowl when bowls are available. They charged me appropriately and I didn't have to eat stuff I didn't want or need. Today told that they cannot do that any longer. Definitely not going to give any more business to this pathetic store. Dirty floors and blocked exits, dirty bathrooms. Looking forward to Jersey Mike's. Good riddance to bad rubbish, Subway. You are definitely Sub-par.

Seem annoyed to have to make sandwiches, stingy on meat AND extras, don't accept SUBWAY CORPORATE coupons from weekly flyers. Also, my wife likes the Chipotle southwest sauce, and I regularly ask for a small to go container of it, which they say yes to, but actually GIVE ME less than half of the time..Spent a lot of money there, including tips! NEVER AGAIN!! 💩💩💩

As a member of Subway Rewards, I have frequented this location. About 2 weeks ago, I received enough points to put me over for a free sub. Went in today for lunch, was told that the store is "no longer participating with the Subway Rewards program" and that I would be unable to redeem my points. They made me pay for my sub. At no point did I see any signage saying that this store was no longer participating in the rewards program. I called corporate, they told me that according to their records that organization is in fact participating in the rewards program. Must be they'll let you earn points but aren't willing to let you use them. Never going back.

If i could give negative stars I would. Refused my corporate coupon that is sent through their text program and I have never had refused. Then when I requested a smaller order without the free item from the coupon they refused (my order was already made minus the free item from the coupon he refused to accept). Then he threatened that he was going to take it out of the woman who made its pay! She gave me massive attitude and I informed him that that is illegal and threatening was not appreciated. This breaks NY state labor law section 193. He then said he can do whatever he wants its his business! Then he refused to give me a business card! Said the info was only on the reciepts! I asked for a print out of the reciept info and he tried to make me pay to get the reciept (i only wanted the information). I then asked for his name which he snapped was robert but neither of them had name tags so I have no idea if it was true. Needless to say I left after he told me to get out of the way and proceeded to cash out the next persons order!
