I did not realize the girl doubled my order. While picking up at other window, the manager? was unprofessional and rude.

.... Ordered iced latte w/oatmilk ... The window guy was a bit agressive/being a bit smart to my 70yr old dad. So I said thank you smiled and just tried to get my coffee. We left with drink in hand and... Well my drink was 90% oatmilk 10% coffee.... Thanks for nothing.

The Manager at this store ( Jen )who also covers the location near me on 44 in Poughkeepsie. She always takes good care of my wife and I. We love the Caramel Lattes there always on point. If I could give 10 stars I would. She goes above and beyond and is always friendly she is a Perfect example of what Extravagant management looks like! Her team of coworkers are the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was my favorite always nice and sweet but today the service was terrible! They gave me the wrong drink and I politely told them it was the wrong one but they just took the drink and didnt apologize and just gave me my right drink but gave it to me rudely. Not great hopefully the staff can be nicer next time.

The staff is very fast, Very out going, Jenn and Brindley know how to run that store. They are highly trained and very professional. I will be coming back to this location daily.

Actually coffee was so good. Usually at DD you get your coffee how they want you to have it but this one was really good. Nice cashier, fast service
