Corner Cafe

This little cafe is like stepping into Grandma's kitchen! The food was yummy and cooked to order. The veggie eggs Benedict has fresh avacado and fresh basil! Crepes were sweet and yummy. The decor reminds me of going into a country home kitchen from the 80s. Very cute. Limited seating! The booths are comfy but only seat 4 comfortably. Waitresses we're very nice. It was very busy there! We will definitely eat there again next time we come to Post Falls

When I say I was born to be a dad I was born to be a dad and love the dad/corny jokes where I'm going with this is the endless dad jokes at every table were amazing and the fact that the punchline was delivered by the waitress... EVEN BETTER! Needless to say the wait staff was great. The service was fast and friendly with quick to refill your coffee. We got the biscuits and gravy and the French toast. The French was the perfect home made mama made it Saturday morning style with powered sugar love. The biscuits and gravy where FANTASTIC super light and fluffy and the gravy mouthwatering and not over salted. Originally going since they opened first in the area but was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend, they have also been recently voted best gluten free restaurant in all of Idaho if you care about that thing 😋

Bisquits and gravy? More like soup with an attempt at a biscuit, do yourself a favor and go to maverick gas station instead.... highly disappointing, they used to make good food here, these are actually disgusting and i cant finish them.... the biscuits arent cooked all the way there is raw flour, I literally still have this disgusting after taste in my mouth, a waste of my money, an absolute disgrace, do not risk this place, go somewhere else and dont waste your money. Edit: my wife is trying to fix there uncooked "hashbrowns" it didnt work, her eggs are undercooked in her omelet as well. shes throwing them away.... seriously this place is a joke, DO NOT GO HERE, we will never be wasting our hard earned money here again.

Went here a few years ago and had a great experience. Yesterday after a short wait we were seated. After our order was taken we saw no one at our table for 35 minutes. We tracked down a hostess and finally got refills while waiting for our food. After 45 minutes the food came and was not hot. How can that be? The plate with pancakes had diced tomato under them. Did they wash the plate? We were told they had too many Doordash customers. If that is the case, maybe shut your doors and just do take out , because we heard many of the same complaints at other tables. Staff was nice but not interactive. We take the time to drive over and to get treated like this? We should have left like a party in front of us.

The first time we came,about 4 months ago, it was amazing. The subsequent 3 time's we've come has been mediocre at best. Do y'all not have a heat lamp? We waited 40 minutes Friday mid morning, and watched one of our plates sit there for 15 minutes, assuming it was at the pass under a heat lamp. It wasn't. Eggs keep getting overcooked and bacon is room temperature uncooked fat. Our coffee was only refilled after we asked for it about half way through waiting for the cold food. There's 5 waitresses and the owner/manager does not have a clue how to help his staff. He decided to sit at the bar and talk. He couldn't answer the phone, warm coffee,deliver plates or even seat anyone. He looked more confused than we were. We thought the first two times back was just a fluke. Turns out that the hot fresh 🥑 and coffee was. We won't be throwing away money again when we can and do it at home. Hope y'all get it together. The waitress was decent but could have been a lot better had she been supported by helpful management and cooks that take pride in their food. She could only do so much. An hour and 15 minutes later, we left without intention to return. It's too bad really.

We just had breakfast here and even though we took the trouble to drive 14 miles out of our way to have breakfast in person, several door dash orders took precedence. After waiting 45 min for my Belgian waffle to arrive it was barely warm, the fruit topping was very cold and I had to wait additional time to get butter and syrup. Although my husband's meal was $16 and mine was $12.50 , with 2 coffees, our total bill was $39.90. We will never go here again. Suggest they close their in person dining and just do door dash.
