This was a great experience we tried their breakfast options and they were flavorful. The best thing about this please is the pleasant atmosphere and welcoming attitude of the staff. We walked in and they made us feel as if we were regulars. They helped my family choose which coffees fit their mood, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick pit stop for a coffee or a nice place to duck from the rain.

Wheelchair accessibility: I think there is space to move around but the front door doesn’t have a automatic open mechanism. The inside only has high top bars to sit at. The outside seating would be very difficult, near impossible to sit at. Diversity of staff: needs improvement from my visual experience. Staff friendliness: very friendly I got a chocolate croissant, sesame seed bagel, chai latte with oat milk. The croissant was not warmed, the chai was a bit watered down. The bagel was as expected. This place is cute for sure but they are serving a limited menu right now so please call here before thinking you’ll get some of these delicious foods you see in the photos.

Fast and friendly service with a decent cup of coffee. I also had a burrito which was so warm and delicious. The store is lovely decorated, and there is a display case on the side wall, exhibiting some one hundred espresso cups collected by the owner, definitely worth a look! There are lots of seats outside, over which the sun would slowly set on a sunny day. An excellent place to meet friends or read a book by oneself.

Can't recommend this company enough! We had an issue with the subscription coffee we order and Water Avenue went above and beyond with resolving it. I'm so impressed with the level of compassion and customer service they provide, let alone the delicious coffee. The brick and mortars are immaculate and the people working there are incredible. 10/10

Great Scott! Had the mushroom arugula melt that is apparently the seasonal vegetarian special, and my mouth has never been more in love. If anything, my biggest regret is that I did not order two because now they are closed and all I want is another bite. Great beer selection, super friendly service(makes this place a return trip already), and really tasty looking cocktails are telling me I'm coming back- and soon. Oh yeah, would have a great picture of the sandwich, but I accidentally ate the whole thing.

After being in self-lockdown for the last year and only having Starbucks beans at home to make our daily coffees, it was a real treat to have a dopio from Water Ave. Coffee. The taste was a delicious sweet and just a hint of bitter that made the shots taste so darn good. The staff was pleasant enough but not truly inviting. If you're in search of a great espresso, you should include Water Ave. on your list of places to visit.
