Blue Fin Sushi

A really chilled out spot for a nice sushi experience. Depending upon your mood for the day, you can grab a quick bite, or can take your time experimenting and trying the different items here. Whats great is that every plate is 1.50 bucks, and they really do try to send out an interesting mix of different items on the tray, unlike some other places where you just see the same stuff coming to you again and again. The decor is nice, the place is clean and the location downtown is also good as it is close to many offices and PSU. Definitely recommend checking this place out. I esp loved the sesame balls with chocolate, so do try those.

It was my first time ever trying sushi, and it was an interesting great experience. The service was great and our server was nice&friendly. I liked the way the food was served with, and I appreciated that they accepted my special request to serve me well-done shrimp and fish! Will visit this place again for sure!

The one time I've eaten here, the food was amazing (some of the best sushi I've ever had), however, the three other times I've tried to come here, I find the lights and sign on but the place is locked up and no one is there. This last time, I prepaid for a pickup and when I got there, the place was closed. I was able to get my money back, but why accept payment when you don't plan on honoring the sale? I'm done with this place.

I could go here everyday. A lot of people don't like the conveyor belt sushi because they're afraid it'll get them sick. Let me tell you that I've put in the effort to try almost every plate over multiple days and I haven't gotten sick yet. So you'll probably be fine. Lately they've had a pretty wide variety, and I think it's a good place to go with friends so you can push each other to try new things. Come here when speed, variety, and a relatively low price ($1.95 per plate) are your priorities.
