Picasso Pizza

We phoned in our order. They answered right away, and was very accomodating. They ALWAYS are. I live on the island, and anytime we want pizza, they are our "go to" shop!! The food not only tastes good, it looks good too.! Very appealing to the eyes! Yum, all the way around!! There is a lot to be appreciative of when dining here!! Awesome job! UPDATE: Called again today for a chicken bacon ranch pizza. Was told they DIDN'T have it on the menu.... After further clarification, they agreed it WAS on the menu. I asked for black olives (extra 2.50 charge) and for the onion and tomato (standards on the pizza on the side) the tomato and onions were left out completely....AND so were the olives I paid extra for. Called and was told to come back and they would "comp" a few toppings.... What toppings? The ones I ALREADY paid for? Then was told they would do 50% off the next chicken bacon ranch pizza I order. (I don't always order the same pizza) I was then told to wait another 1/2, hour, BRING back the effed up pizza, and they would remake it as I ordered it.... Side note, they were NOT busy at the time to warrant an oversite such as this....... Is it time to reconsider my pizza shop stores?🤔🤦‍♀️ I've got it figured out! Need pizza on the weekend, this spot is good. Weekdays, hit up THE ROCK PIZZA in GRAND CENTRAL STATION. its just across the bridge on the Washington side. WOODFIRED PIZZA!!🔥🍕🍕🍕🔥

5/5 Stars! My first visit to Picasso Pizza set the tone: good pizza, friendly atmosphere. The pizza here is great, no frills, just tasty. What sets Picasso Pizza apart is more than just the food. It's their community-focused approach that really stands out. The sight of them giving unsold food to local homeless folks that really caught my eye. This wasn't a one-time thing; I've seen it happen on two different occasions, showing a level of care and responsibility towards the community that's rare. A notable mention is Jennifer, who I saw personally handing out food to the less fortunate. It's actions like hers that keep my family coming back. On a personal note, I often come in with my 5-year-old who's an energetic whirlwind. Despite his wild energy, the staff at Picasso Pizza has always been understanding and accommodating, which I appreciate a lot. In conclusion, Picasso Pizza is a solid choice for good food, but it’s their community spirit, friendly service, and understanding nature that makes me a loyal customer. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy a good pizza in a place that values more than just the dollar.

Exactly what you would expect from a pizza place. The art on the walls was delightful. The food item names were creative. I had honey garlic wings. So good! Only wish I had a wet napkin to get the sauce off my fingers. I ordered an 8 piece with fries and it was more than enough for 1 person. The Bleu Cheese had actual chunks of Bleu Cheese! So delicious!

This is unbelievably good. The pizza is the best pizza I’ve had outside of NY City, and I’d say it’s a VERY close second. I got there 10 minutes before close. The cook allowed me and my 2 friends to order and she made a brand new pizza right as she closed. THEN I get the freakin thing. Gooey stringy cheese, perfectly cooked pepperoni, evenly baked dough. And the customer service? Phenomenal! I haven’t enjoyed myself this much eating pizza in a very long time. 10/10 do recommend.

I'm happy to have tried out and supported this local place! Their food is nice and fresh, and I must say, their ranch Alfredo sauce is the bomb. Tasty and simple, works on either pasta or pizza. I really hope the best for them, as I can see they're struggling with being understaffed. However, the employee who served me (whom I think is the manager or owner) did a really great job giving everybody their orders quickly and correctly. Prices here are reasonable and affordable, especially for a good lunch! They also have a lot of different choices. I would definitely recommend them!
