Wendy's

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's. Couldn't get my order right to save their lives. Wrong drinks, had to specify the order way too many times, and the employee was super rude. I can understand that the initial employee i dealt with was in training so I'm not mad about how working with them, but the employing training her still kept messing my stuff up after i was dealing with them as well as how rude they were to me and the trainee.

I was nt even able to eat half of my meal before I got sick with food poisoning. When I called the manager She was very disrespectful and tried telling me it takes 24 to 48 hours when I clearly looked it up online and found out you can food poisoning staph within 30 minutes to 8 hours. I will never go here again

So the reason for my ratings is today I stopped by to grab lunch I ordered a number 4 with two sugar cookies now I had to wait on fresh fries which u figured I'll get a fresh sandwich to WRONG my sandwich was hard to chew and very dry now wendys is one of my favorite restaurants but today the food was horrible but the sugar cookies were delicious.

1sr there was only 2 car ahead of me and we still sat in drive thru for 15min. Only to get home and find ketchup on my burger, I can't eat ketchup due to stomach problems. No ranch for our chicken nuggets and the fries were like greace soaked sponges. So I grab my recipe to find it isn't even for our order. I call the phone number and express my opinion and this guy tells me everything is cook to order, SCEW YOU! and hangs up on me. I call back on two different lines and no answer. I want to hear from a Higher up. I am highly offended and disgusted.

On 2/15/2022 we just ordered 3 baconators w/ fries,chili, 2 chicken sandwiches.They totally messed up or order and when we said the order is wrong the manager argued with us and said those are single baconatorsshe said that you have to order doubles.Never had to do that ever.No receipt given.will never use this place again.This Wendy's is the worst I have even been to.Very rude manager.
