Bob Evans

We have ordered twice here from the last week. It's the one good place around with reasonable prices for complete meals. the Fried steak though was not cooked all the way and was still pink, the gravy needed to be reheated and was extremely thick it had to be scooped out and plopped onto the steak. I did not care for the potatoes, it tasted like Un-ripened potatoes were used for their mashed potatoes. Breakfast food is excellent, their fries are good, my kids love them as well as the mac n cheese. The crispy chicken sandwich is AMAZING!! highly recommend it!

This place isn't a dog friendly place. I have a certified emotional service dog, that stays in his bag. They demanded me to put my dog on the floor.. how sad this place is, and don't know the rules about service dogs. Beware they'll give you a hard time if you have a pet. I will never go to this Bob Evans ever again that manager in there is so full of herself. She needs to be trained by corporate.

Been going to Bob's since I was a kid. I think they have lost a step. Not just this mind you. The one and only waitress apologized to at least 4 other tables around me for something wrong with the food or service. She was very nice but had no backup. The sirloin was the size of a sausage patty and full of gristle. Potatoes were undercooked and they hide the jelly now. Complaining or sending it back just costs you time so I ate it but probably won't go back. It's sad to see things change and fade away.
