Was bummed out because I loved Arby’s through the years.. as it turns out, it’s just so happen to be an off night for the team at Arbys at the Plymouth location. I tried getting a hold of them and tweeting the management with photos of my order. No answer no reply nothing. I was quite surprised especially that I tweeted and tried contacting Arby’s customer service and had no response. Take a look at the photos below and you recognize why I was a little bummed out of my food order. It would be nothing to be proud of I thought the owner of that particular Arby’s was want to know what kind of product delivered .

Got there and waited in drive through for 15 minutes only to have the guy at the speaker (after I finally got there in line) tell me they close at 5pm. It was 5:00pm. They need to close this place down entirely. What kind of fast food business closes at 5pm!?

Place seems to always forget the dipping sauce for the French Dip. Ordered it 3x from here, and each time they forget the sauce. What's up with that?

Update your hours. Drove here for nothing. Gas is $5 gallon. Lost money trying to give you business. Ridiculous.

Never open past 5pm anymore so you can’t get dinner after work. No requested sauces in the bag more often than not. Usually missing something. Didn’t realize how hard it is to get everything in the bag for a 5 item order.

I love the newer staff working the drive through. They understand me when I ask for regular instead of classic and are really polite. Also like how they are giving people (downs?) The opportunity to use their strengths and make a living.

I forgot my onions on my French dip but charged me and the macaroni and cheese I tried was cold. I think the macaroni would have been good if it was warmer
