***ONLINE MENU NOT CORRECT*** Food is good when it’s made right. I’ve had countless trips BACK to the restaurant after I get my carry-out order and realize it’s wrong. Every time the man at the front is rude and unhelpful. Whether we order directly off the menu with 0 changes, or specifically ask for something and list each ingredient, there is a 95% chance our order will be wrong. Either something added/missing. After returning my Michigan salad today because it had blue cheese which I’m allergic to (that wasn’t specified on the online menu), the man working was annoyed at my presence and didn’t want to help or apologize. He showed me their physical menu that differed from the online version. I then realized the confusion so I kindly told him about the mix up. He didn’t care at all. I rarely leave poor reviews for local businesses, but after numerous issues at this location, today’s in particular, I felt compelled to leave my grievances.

I was so excited to eat here always heard good things but today I came in on Mother’s Day wanted a quick bite to eat treating myself for Mother’s Day. So I arrive to pick up my order that I ordered on online I tell the man at the desk that I have a online order he goes to the back comes back and tells me he does not have it I show him how my card was charged for order and shows the correct location he continues to tell me he doesn’t have it & was extremely rude about it the man didn’t even bother asking to just place the order since I was already there he pretty much just dismissed me saying he did not have my order very disappointed in the customer service here

We had a party of seven. I ordered a gyro and Greek salad. The meat was like jerky because it was so dried out. I ate 3 bites and was done. The salad had 1 olive, 1 pepper, 2 beets but a ton of onions. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and it was so over cooked that he couldn’t eat it. We ordered beer and received a hot glass to pour it in. I won’t go any further, I think you get my point. We still tipped the young girl for the entire bill because we appreciated that she came to work.
