Long wait times (UP TO 20 MINUTES SEVERAL TIMES ) and issues with getting the correct food. Food quality is 👍. CAUTION- When they ask if you’re OK waiting an extra 5 or 6 minutes, what they really mean is 15 to 20 minutes. Our family loves panda, but the service at this location has been constantly poor. Gave this place another try today 😣 …(4/20) and go figure…a 18 minute wait for chow me in noodles !!! … again stating it would be 6 minutes

Some days they are good but I have had more experience of the workers forgetting some of my order. I always go to the parking lot to double check my orders. last time my food was missing entrees and it was a mess because in the bag it had pieces just thrown in the bag. But when I came back for my entree she did make it up to me by giving me another entree.

I'm glad that Panda Express is a 40 minute drive from where I live because if I lived in Plover, I would be featured on the next season of My 600 Pound Life, because I would eat here daily if I could. Excellent food, great portion sizes, friendly staff, all around amazing place for a quick bite to eat that will keep you full for a long time.

More often than not they turn off their online ordering. There is never any food after 8pm. They should be open until 10pm, not 9pm. If you don't order ahead online you usually have to wait 10-20 minutes for your food. Prices have increased and portions seem to be less generous. Very long drive through lines, was stuck in the middle of the drive through once for 30 minutes during dinner time. Beef and broccoli is 90% broccoli. Honey walnut shrimp is usually soggy and the batter falling off. There are better Chinese restaurants in the area, which I now go to instead due to this Panda location always disappointing me and rarely have online ordering available.
