Dirtiest store I've ever seen, flies on everything. Cutting knives looked crusty like they haven't been washed in a while. Store was out of almost everything and what they had on hand looked old. No thank you

Stoped by on 12-31-19 at 4:15 pm ordered 2 sandwiches that had a promotion price. Cashier could not get them to ring up right price and did not know how to override . So left them lost us as a customer and sandwiches went to the trash will not be back smh.

Ever since the manager here went on maternity leave this location went way down hill. Our doctors office used to order weekly from here but won't be using this location anymore. The girls here look very annoyed by costumers and one hung up on me mid order. Their website is not working and they will no longer accept orders by phone. Big inconvenience for customers.

Bad customer service will not be coming back to this subway, was told that next time i had an order for 4 sandwiches to call it ahead of time cause it was too much for them to do the last 30 minutes before they close when they had no customers besides me.

No bacon. No new ciabatta bread. Every time they don’t have something. And thy got 5 employees back there. Go to the one by heb trust me

There are some moments that the employees get annoyed with the customers and try to take care of them out of order and like today and yesterday they didn't have pretzels and lettuce, I love the pretzels, it's upsetting.

The guy made choosing from all the options easier, and also didn't mind hooking it up!! Def. Would come back. they made the subway experience better by far!!

I walked into store employee said she would be right back she pushed a cart of boxes to back of WAL-MART there are now 3 people in line OMG .. WHAT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECT ME TO WAIT ON HERE SHES THE ONE GETTING PAID TO SERVE PATRONS
