Wingstop food is good but the customer service is terrible. The cooks are very unprofessional

Recently, I visited my local Wingstop and had the absolute pleasure of seeing a beautiful, warm and welcoming smile from Jennifer! It was truly rare as sometimes many don’t greet incoming customers with smiles and warmth but Jennifer sealed the deal!! Not only did she welcome me and treat me as though she’d like to be treated another colleague named Rubens double up 🆙 and showcased the same treatment towards me. WOW Jennifer and Rubens were super professional, well spoken and just really killing it with TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Message to management ~ Showcase some sprinkles for these two employees that made this Wingstop Superwoman feel really appreciated and of course the food was FRESH and not precooked or just sitting!!!!! Thank you Jennifer & Rubens stay professional and keep on shining

Ok wings are great service hmmm it’s always packed wait can be extremely long but fries and wings are tastefully I’ve been back twice to this location the only thing that sucks is the wait time but the kick are the wings. And it’s always busy so that says a lot!

Ashley is amazing with customer service. She did everything I asked for on my order. This is the only wingstop I go too. Where I lived there's two others that are closer to me. I came back for a quick visit and I was craving for wings. They did an awesome job!!!!

My order was completely botched 3 weeks ago, and the two young girls were horse playing and rude at the joint. I called terribly upset because I put up with the lil kids at the restaurant, only to get home and realize my order was botched. I called to complain, but my daughter jumped on the call because she feared I was going to lose it. We asked for a manager and Ms Ashley (the manager) came on the scene. I’ve worked service jobs and I always maintain that a horrible start can still get you great reviews, if you handle conflict correctly. Well, Ms. Ashley was polite, apologetic and took immediate corrective action! I came back three weeks later and she kept her word. No attitude! She was pleasant and accommodating as ever, even though I showed up on a busy Saturday night and she was swamped! People have bad days and things do go wrong; however, how we fix conflict matters more than the offense itself. Go Ashley and thank you so much for your help. I left satisfied! Keep up the good work!

Placed a to go order over the phone for 10 piece combo with Cajun corn, voodoo fries. Everything came out fresh and hot and the crew working were outstanding with handling the order. Great service at this location, I’ve eating wingstop dozens of times from many states and tonight was great.

Danielle is so sweet and professional I love her personality she deserve to be a manager so professional and her skills and mind set alone I love it just my personal opinion I don’t know her just seen her for the first time today but I love her already thank you again for the wonderful customer service I love this Wingstop the best in Broward country hands down

My favorite place to get Lemon pepper wings. Every weekend, that is my family’s go-to for take-out food. I recommend it to everyone I meet. I even bought stock in it since I order it so much.😜
