Ihop

This is the best IHOP location I have ever been to. Great service and the food came out fast. It was decently busy for the day before NYE. I ordered the Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes with whipped cream on the side and the Spicy Poblano Omelette. I was shocked at how flavorful and soft the pancakes were. They were huge and not too sweet. I loved the omelette because the poblanoes added a great taste to the eggs along with the cheese sauce. I would like to go back to this location. My only complaint was that when I reheated my pancakes the next morning, they seemed to crumble and fall apart and were not as fluffy as they were the day before. I have never noticed this with IHOP pancakes before.

It was my first time at this location between Broward Blvd and SR 7. Ms Sweet Shirley was our server and I can say she had me laughing. Thank you. Yes she did serve the plate to the wrong person but nothing we couldnt fix as we were all there together and we knew what we all order. However, the time was good, food was Hot, and well prepared. Everything taste good and we were full.

Nice young lady helped me. Good experience. Did takeout so wont comment on anything else. I usually have a good experience when I do dine-in. One grievance: why don't they give change? I want my coins, too. If your meal is 11.25, you should get that 75 cents back. If a customer can't shortchange on their bill, don't do it to us.🙃😂

We hadn't been to an IHOP in maybe 40 years. Our last experience was not great and maybe that's why we never went again. We decided to try it again and what a world of difference. Our server was super nice and friendly. We were definitely the minority (that has never bothered us) and it did not make the least bit of difference. The service and food was great and the personality of our server was fantastic. We may have to visit another IHOP again, sooner than 40 years later. :-)

We were blown away by the customer service from our waitress Shavon she's a perfect example of waitressing. Not only the customer service from her was excellent but the food was great! presentation perfect! If I had to choose for improvement it would be cleaner bathrooms and when leaving your waitress should not be the only one to say have a good day but the hostess should also acknowledge. Huge Improvement at this location!
