We were craving Lover's Egg Roll and went to the restaurant on Coit but they closed. We could have settled for another restaurant but instead drove to this Lover's to get our fix. Tasty as always with really good portions. Best local moogoo gai pan with lots of fresh vegetables. Still under some COVID procedures as they provide everything in to go boxes even if you are dining in, but since they give you more food then most people can eat that's a win-win.

- Super fast! Oh my god, we ordered at the counter and our food was done so quickly!
- MASSIVE portion sizes. One order of noodles was enough for two people
- Hearty and filing and hits the spot when you want your lo mein and egg rolls

Overall:
Really good value for money if all you want is filling, quick and cheap Chinese fast food. Don’t expect it to taste like authentic Chinese and do expect some grease and you’ll be alright!

The food is amazing and it came out pretty fast. The workers are quite kind and I come in often so I normally talk to the cashier while I wait for my food to be ready. A few times I see some customers who get mad at the cashiers for not getting the food out quicker but what are they supposed to do? It’s not their job to cook and considering that their food is fresh it comes out rather quick. When COVID started they started to serve their foods in to-go boxes and they still do that even if you dine-in. I asked why they still do that since COVID is more calmed down now and people can also just dine-in now and they said that the portions used to be different with the dine-in and to-go so they just wanted it to be the same amount and I thought that was nice and with the size of the box you still have a lot food to last you the entire day and still have left overs.I highly recommend this restaurant and some of my favorites are the dumplings, lomein, and fried rice I get them every time I go there.

Their food is always consistent and their service is efficient. The Spicy Flat noodles with chicken and crab Rangoons are amazing!! They just delivered my food in under 20 minutes from me placing my order. I love this place!

Staff is a rude as hell, came in on the evening of 4/1/22 and placed an order in person to pick up and take to go, I hit “no tip” because why? I’m already there to pick up the food. They aren’t serving me and this isn’t door dash. The cashier yelled “no tip” and the staff continued to just stand there and take forever to make the food. Horrible practice of business. Won’t be back.

Good tasty food reasonably priced. Take out and delivery available. Order at the counter food delivered to table. I enjoyed the lunch special of Mongolian chicken with an egg roll. Restaurant is clean and casual with friendly staff. There are locals who are regular customers and know the staff when ordering their regular.

So picture this. A coworker and I walk into Lovers for lunch. We had been to the location a few times before and enjoyed their meals. Today however, after a few bites in, my coworker finds a ROACH mixed into her fried rice.To add, the staff was not at all surprised. She blandly asks “do you want to just refund both meals?” I say “absolutely”. There are other customers ordering as this exchange is happening, she just closes our lids and continues on. We are disgusted and obviously will not return. They should be shutdown.

For how cheap this place is.
Was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a take out order.
Chicken was ok. Beef was ok. Wonton soup was great. Rice was ok.
Vegetables were fresh.
$17 for two meals and a wonton soup. Ok.
