369 Bbq

The restaurant has a nice decor and its clean. The server was also very nice. However, unfortunately the food was not good at all. It wasnt fresh. Both dishes we ordered tasted bad, chicken wasn't good (too salty) and left a strange/bad after taste for a long time. We left our lunch unfinished without taking anything to go. It's sad because we support local businesses. I hope it was just a bad batch.

We finally tried 369 and I am so glad we did. The menu was huge but we stuck to the basics today. We tried the orange chicken and the General Tso’s chicken and fried rice. (I really liked that the rice was in a separate bowl and didn’t get any sauces on it.) The chicken was crispy and the sauce was good and not to thick. The broccoli was perfect, steamed but not too soft. Staff was nice and friendly, too. Can’t wait to go back and try some new dishes.

I’ve been coming to 369 since we moved to Plano over 10 years ago. Their BBQ pork and roasted duck have always been our favorite. I was so glad to hear they reopened for dine in lately after 2 long years. Now they have a new owner (I was surprised) but their food and service are still great. Nothing looks different except an updated menu that kept their most popular dishes from the old owner and added more authentic Chinese courses by the new owner. I have tried a few Chef’s Special courses lately. Their BBQ is still good as always but the stew bass fish and lamb with cumin have become my new favorite.

New ownership ruined the best Chinese restaurant in Plano and now it's just average food. I've been a loyal customer since 2008 but it's time to look for a new place. Fried rice is now soft, and doesn't come with peas and carrots. Vegetable Lo Mein no longer made with rice noodles, and very skimpy on vegetables. Chicken Snow Pea now is the Chicken with mixed vegetable of the past and quite flavorless. Nothing tastes all that great anymore. Very sad

We've been customers of 369 BBQ for 20 years and were disappointed that they had closed suddenly. But today when we saw the NOW OPEN sign on the window we stopped by for an in-person lunch. We were surprised to learn that the previous owners sold the business. So sad to see them go and we'll miss them. Our waiter told us the chef stayed though. The food was as good as always. The menu has been expanded so we're looking forward to trying some new dishes. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they need more wait staff to handle the take-out and dine-in customers.

We have been ordering take out from 369 since 2005. Our friends knowing this is our favorite place gave us a $40 Gift Certificate they purchased on 12/28/2021. Just ordered and picked up this evening 3/13/2022. They however stopped honoring Gift certificates from before like 1/3/2022. I barely had enough cash on me. While that bothered me, the food we ordered was definitely changed and not for the better. We will need to find another place to eat. Perhaps The $40 theft made the food leave a bitter taste in my mouth.

I ordered delivery and although the food was good, it was high priced and didn't include any extras. For example: no crispy noodles for soup, no soy sauce or duck sauce, no plastic wear or napkins, and I was charged a delivery fee as well as a fee for gas (which may have been ubers fee). I paid over 50.00 for egg foo young and soup, pork over rice. Although I did request silverware when ordering online it was not provided, I in-fact asked for chopsticks in the notes section.
