Cotton Patch Cafe

Didn’t know how I wanted to word this but I’m am beyond upset this isn’t the first second or third time we have had issues with the restaurant but this one really pushed it for me. We ordered our cornbread as soon as we got her told it would take 25 minutes we were okay with that but we got it in a to go box 45 mins Later. One of our drinks was to be a unsweetened tea as you can see they started to pour strawberry lemonade into the glass just poured it out and put the tea. My daughters burger was under cooked when we got the new one we realized it was only half a patty, (which we were told that is the way it comes for kids) 🤦‍♀️. After complaining the manager took care of our bill (which we had no issue taking care of) I’m just beyond flabbergasted they did offer a free dessert. Management was stellar

They didn't listen to the requests about stuff to not put on. Burned the burger patties. And honestly i haven't had a quesadilla that dry, flat, and flavorless since when i was in school. Also they were very stingy on the chicken. Not the worst place ive ever been. But the cotton patch in hobbs is definitely way better than this one.

I ordered a $14 fried shrimp meal to include fries, huspuppies, salad, and tarter sauce. I picked it up,I don't live in town and maybe I should have checked the order, but actually I shouldn't need to check it. There were maybe 5 shrimp, no salad, no huspuppies, and no tarter sauce, all for $14! The rolls were good. Extremely disappointed. I called and was offered a future discount but it's very unlikely I'll return.

The place seemed short on staff or something. Waitress did her best but my Cobb salad was delivered to my table with NO hard boiled egg. Was told they were making some more and she would bring it out later. So I waited to eat my salad another 10-15 min till it was done. Food was good, good waitress but kitchen was failing.
