Kfc

If you order on Door Dash, they will always short you. We're ordered 3 sandwich boxes with 3 sides each and 3 drinks. We didn't receive any drinks and only 6 of the 9 sides. Tried calling. They don't answer and require an access code to leave a message. This is the second time out of 3 that our order is short.

Pretty pathetic service today! One person making food, one cashier who talked too much and couldn't make the correct change, and supposedly one cook, who was hanging out the side door when I was walking in. There were about eight orders in front of me waiting for their orders, while the preparer was carrying on a personal conversation from behind the counter with an obvious acquaintance who was sitting in the dining area. A woman walked in for a pot-pie and was told they were out (at noon). The prepper told the cashier that the woman always gets mad when she's told they're out, and they both laughed (after the customer had walked out). The prepper said she hadn't had time to ready any pies, and made sure everyone heard her. Both did everything in slow motion, and had absolutely no work ethic. If I were the owner of this franchise, I would definitely be looking for replacements, no matter how difficult it is right now to hire good help. I can guarantee, that with today's performance, you lost quite a few customers, that definitely includes me.

Food was good and didn't make me sick like a few other KFC have . was clean for the most part . However the customer service was good but they seem very unfriendly or more like they just don't care attitude. But other then that I would go there again ! Update 3/20/22 WOW WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !! I ORDERED A 16 PC BUCKET MEAL AND HIT WINGS. DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME JUST TO FIND I ONLY GIT A 15 PC AND MY WINGS I WAS CHARGED FOR WERE MISSING. NO ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL AND OH DROVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO KFC IN PLACERVILLE JUST TO FIND OUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANYMORE HOT WINGS AND THEY DECIDED TI GIVE MINE TO SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T THINK I WOULD COME BACK FOR FOOD I PAID FOR ! REALLY ARE YOU PEOPLE THAT STUPID ?!!!! WHAT ABOUT MY FUEL I JUST WAISTED COMING BACK ??? PLACERVILLE KFC YOUR A JOKE AND JUST A SUGGESTION HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN DO Their JOBS WITHOUT THEIR THUMBS UP THEIR REAR ENDS. !! OH JUST FYI AS WE WALKED OUT A MOUSE RAN BY THE DOOR INSIDE THE RESTAURANT . YIKES.
