Dunkin'

Pretty sure you're not supposed to start breaking down and cleaning machines until the establishment is actually closed. Why? Because half the drink menu is gone. I pulled up 20 minutes before closing and couldn't get an iced latte because the espresso machine was down for cleaning. Frozen coffee?? Nope...k, bye...

I don’t usually write a review on a place but I just sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes and it didn’t even move and then I went inside and they kicked me out for not wearing a mask. They are the slowest most In organized Dunkin’ Donuts. I think there’s only one person working the drive-through in the door. I would not recommend this place if you are on any time constraints at all

While the staff seems always to be very pleasant and friendly, their willingness to follow directions is lacking. I love their peach passionfruit refresher, they simply will not measure the juice on the drinks as instructed by Dunkin. They put in as much as they think looks good. I’m tired of getting tinted water. I have been asking to go heavy on the syrup and that worked until today. I can get this drink at any other Dunkin and have it done correctly but they can’t be bothered to take the time to measure. I’ve even contacted them personally and nothing changes. Good luck getting consistency here.
