Burger King

After calling about having a bad order almost a month ago I spoke with the manager Noah she was amazing. I made a revisit, and she made it right not only was the food delicious she has such a pleasant personality great customer service, and definitely very professional along with her staff. I would like for her to be recognized for being a great manager team leader thank you Burger King. Thank you Noah.

Bonnie and Marc served me perfectly. They handled my situation to a perfect perfection. Bonnie ran the register so fast that I wouldn’t even think her and Marc were by themselves with NO MANAGEMENT/MANAGERS. Marc had my food fresh and hot and it came out so fast. These employees NEED raises due to their performance. 1st time I EVER had a good experience with the Burger King on the south side

Love... but from a distance. Always open when they say they are. Hardly ever a wait. However, they are often out of products. PRO TIP: If you haven't ever ordered a rodeo cheeseburger, DO IT! You'll thank me later. They are like 2 bucks and delicious. This place is the fabled "rogue" burger king (I won't explain that here, do your research). It is on the BK app, so it's legit. The staff are always nice and will get help if they need it. They are surprisingly clean inside, have restrooms, and also have the cool, DIY coke machines. Drive thru is weird, but you'll get used to it (watch out for pedestrians coming out). Honestly, it's one of my favorite BKs around because the staff are cool, and it's super clean.

I'm a usual customer of Burger King. Particularly more online. I use doordash to place my order and was not given the choice to accommodate my food. The manager Noah the manager was amazing and accommodating my order and been very patient with me.. she called back to tell me that my order confirmation and my order she take. Care of it. Made my night.
