Good donut! More creme inside would have been nicer. Iced coffee was fine. Service was quick. There is a nice sitting area inside with a view of the street if you are not “on the go”.

Caden was an absolute gem he got me everything I needed with a huge smile on his face! I would only return to Dunkin if we was working there. He deserves to run this place and get $157383973 an hour. I mean honestly he was cute too 😏😏😏😏😏. I think that Dunkin should really capitalize on this worker and make him the face of the company. If he EVER quits I willl NO LONGER be a customer. 😡🥶🥶🥶🥶. There were only 2 people working today. They did a great job despite being under staffed and falling behind. I appreciate their efforts to get through as many people as possible while one was a new hire!

My group of young rambunctious boys and I were probably the most particular, loud and annoying customers, yet the food and staff service was heavenly. As one who is well versed in the dance of donuts, this establishment has proved its importance in today’s fast paced lifestyle. 10/10
Recommended the 2for 5 with no bacon and a peach refresher

Great coffee, great atmosphere and ambience. Lots of donuts to select from all of which are extremely delicious and delectable. One of the best places to get donuts in Pittsburgh and especially in Oakland. I can't think of any other place that has better coffee and wider selection of donuts. I can see why it's rated so highly, it's like Starbucks except cheaper. Overall,great coffee and great doughnuts. Exceptional quality and friendly service and employees.

The refreshed look of this location is great. Quality of the food and beverages are always solid. The new self-order kiosks are good but in a weird location for the flow of traffic in the store, but it works. Plenty of seating (including downstairs seating which I only recently learned of!) and power outlets. WiFi is decent but can be slow/intermittent with high traffic.

Great Dunkin. Always high quality. I always get an iced coffee there year round and it is even worth it in the middle of winter! The atmosphere is great as it's a nice place to study, relax, or hang out with friends. The service is good. They are always busy with a lot of orders, but they always keep everyone moving.
